- I use it every other day. It works. We've got hardwood, carpet and area rugs. We have about 2500 sq ft on two levels. We have quite a few things on the floor (wastebaskets, chairs, planter, etc, ). Here's my experience in easy to read points: 1.I do an entire floor at a time (we have 2 levels). I don't have to, but I walk the rooms and get things off the floor before starting. It cleans the entire floor.2.I usually can't get an entire floor done without a recharge. An entire floor takes about 2 hours run time. The charge seems to last a bit more than an hour. That's fine with me, I don't have to do anything because it goes home and charges by itself. 3.There is only one threshold in the entire house it can't cross (into master bath... I put it in there and set up the virtual wall). Kind of a big step up relative to the Alfawise V10 max, so I understand. Gets over everything else.4.The virtual wall is cool. I use it because I don't want it going on some stone work on the floor around my fireplace and for the aforementioned bathroom. 5.The app is great. And hooking it up to Alexa means I can either activate it from the app or just by telling Alexa to start cleaning. The app tells me what it's cleaned, actually shows me a map so I'm sure of where it got. Also instructive to letting me know what to move (sometimes just an inch) so that it can get past furniture.6.My wife loves that I love to vacuum now! 7.You are going to be amazed what a time saver this is. The first time you use it, it won't be because you are just going to watch it. After a while, it's set it and forget it until you get an app notification. Great investment, glad I did it!

- This is the second Alfawise vacuum cleaner that I've purchased this year. The first one was for me, this one was a gift. I wish I had the money to buy everyone I love one. My Alfawise V10 max has changed my life--it seriously is the best purchase I've ever made.I bought the V10 max model because of the brushless rollers (important if you have family members with long hair or pets) and also because I am a Type A person and LOVE the precise back-and-forth lines in the carpet that the 900-models make. The V10 max has enough power for my needs (I have carpet and tile), so I didn't pay extra for the next level up. Also, the V10 max will also go back to the home base and recharge halfway through a job, then complete the work. I have a big house and the vacuum cleaner does a good job. After he's finished charging, he goes back to the exact same spot where he left off and then finishes up. He's amazing. The person who I bought this v10 max for has an inside dog that uses a doggy door. He has full access to the house and tracks in A LOT of grass. The Roomba picks it up off of both the carpet and tile with no issues. The dog doesn't shed much more than a human, so I can't comment to that issue. The v10 max at the house with the dog has had to replace the little filter more often than I have had to (I don't have a dog), but otherwise there is no difference in cleaning quality or servicing the machine. Love it, love it, love it. Oh, the dog, a two-year-old golden doodle, was initially a little worried about the V10 max. He has progressed from growling at it, to trying to get it to throw his ball, to now (cautiously) ignoring it.

- Heute gekommen, ohne Probleme mit einem Huawei P30 gekoppelt. Da hatte ich mit sonoff oder Shelly Produkten mehr Probleme.Jeweils ein Ersatzpaar seitenbürsten, ein Filter und ein Ersatz Tuch für die wisch Funktion sind dabei.Akku war bei 68%. Da ich sehr ungeduldig bin hab ich Ihn gleich los geschickt. 26m2 Fliesen In Küche und Flur im Flur liegt noch ein Großer Läufer von 2x1,5m der in der nassen Jahreszeit als schmutzfänger für Schuhe und Kinderwagen dient. Er hat 20min gebraucht wobei in der Küche und im Flur viel rum stand um ihn zu ärgern! Alles ohne Probleme gesaugt. Rest Akku war dann auf 52%.Zur Wisch Funktion kann ich noch nichts sagen aber da Selbst reine Wischroboter das nicht perfekt können erwarte ich da auch nicht viel. Für mich ist es nur wichtig das er gegen meine beiden Krümmelmonster besteht und Krümmel und Staub reduziert, Ich erwarte nicht das ich vom Boden Essen kann wenn er durch gefahren ist. Für um die 200€ ist die Leistung für mich aber mehr als gut. Alexa erkennt ihn als Steckdose die man ein und aus schalten kann. Also mit Zonen Reinigung per Sprache ist da out of the box schonmal nichts. Eventuell mit Fhem oder Iobroker aber das hab ich noch nicht probiert oder gelesen das es geht. Man kann aber in der APP Zonen festlegen und reinigungszeiten. Die App ist leider nicht auf deutsch umstellbar aber bei Mit Begriffen wie Spot Cleaning, Zone Cleaning und Total Cleaning kann glaub ich heute jeder u50 was anfangen.... Trotzdem 1 Stern Abzug für die App da nicht auf deutsch umstellbar und noch menue Punkte auf chinesisch vorhanden sind

- ok ,so, its a nice product really it is ,for this preis you cant even dream . i had a xiami MI (so i have messure) and i made it a gift to my mother then i bought this one for me.product came with normal delivery in 32 days.at start took me 2 hours to connect device to my wifi (i thought to return it back) at the and i found out that the vacum couldnt recordnizeit becouse of the spaces in the name of my wifi, changed the name then all good.it bamps hard on objects and the side sensors have blind corners so the vacum continues to drag her self to the walls becouse no sensor tell her otherwise , till the prosesor desides to change directions, .if you have pet water in a bowl put it on the table becouse its gonna bamb it till its spilt down.... the weels dont have big gaps so its a veeeery bad climber she will take all carpets with her that they are not too heavy, really heavy (carpets that xiaomi MI had no problem to vacum).in general the wheels are really bad 0 friction . the app... the app....IS A TOTAL MESS when you mop you need other ristrictions than those when you vacum ! really needs a lot of work it olso leaves big narrow spaces . my dear Gearbest dont take me wrong ill happily give 5 stars like i gave other product but needs a lot of work till that , there is a lot of potentiall you can make it the product of the year with this price and those speks , but please make em work right lot of work to be done. good suction, noise ok,batterie ok.

- I'm very satisfied about that robot - navigation and mapping rooms work perfectly. Maybe it's not so good like Roborock S6, but it cost three times less. The vacuuming function is great, mopping works on average and makes more sense with ceramic floors. After more than 1 month of use there are no failures.Jestem bardzo zadowolony z odkurzacza, największe plusy należą się za nawigację (przejeżdża każde miejsce mieszkania do którego potrafi dotrzeć), za możliwość wyznaczenia w aplikacji pokoju, który ma sprzątać, za dokładność sprzątania, za aplikację, bo posiada najważniejsze funkcje i pozwala w pełni korzystać z urządzenia. Oczywiście odkurzacz mógłby być cichszy, funkcja mopa mogłaby być bardziej dopracowana (czasem szmatka jest za sucha - zwłaszcza na początku, później nie każde miejsce jest przetarte, czasem jak odkurzacz gdzieś utknie to jest za dużo wody, pozostają smugi na panelach), ale poza tym nie ma na co narzekać. Patrząc na cenę jest naprawdę dobrze. Ma drobne problemy z nieco bardziej nierównymi progami, ale to go nie dyskwalifikuje. Przy mopie ryzyko zawiśnięcia na progu się zwiększa. Męczy się także z nogami od suszarki, ale ostatecznie nigdy tam jeszcze nie utknął. Największa obawa to czy nie pojawią się jakieś awarie, ale póki co po ponad miesiącu użytkowania nic złego się nie dzieje, nie ma nawet jakiś błędów podczas działania. Polecam.

- Le robot aspirateur alfawise V10 max est de bonne qualité,bonne aspiration et double brossettes latérales pratique et assez complet car possibilité du mode serpillère (même si le nettoyage reste moyen comme beaucoup de robot).Le robot aspirateur détecte bien les meubles et la cartographie laser est efficace.Concernant l'application,chose importante à savoir, votre nom de réseau ssid ne doit pas contenir d'espace et surtout votre clé de sécurité Wi-Fi ne doit comporter que 20 caractères maximum sous peine de ne pouvoir appairer votre robot a l'application.L'application est complète,on peut zoner sa carte et y mettre des murs virtuels est celà fonctionne bien.Pour ceux qui veulent piloter le robot à la voix via leur Google Home il faut utiliser le service SMARTLIFE et choisir de se connecter au signe chinois dans le menu proposer et le robot sera reconnu comme aspirateur dans l'application HOME et ça fonctionne très bien.Dans l'ensemble celà reste un bon robot aspirateur à télémètre laser si le prix reste toujours aussi bas, imbattable avec autant de qualités a ce prix là 👍

- Devo dizer que inicialmente tinha muitas reservas realtivamente à eficacia deste tipo de aspiradores. Não tenho termo de comparação com outras marcas mais conhecidas, mas após a primeira experiencia estou completamente rendido a esta pequena e inteligente máquina. Para já, superou todas as minhas expectativas. Aspira muito bem, não se esquece de nenhuma area a limpar e a ligação à internet permite até, fazer a limpeza mesmo que não esteja em casa. Recomendo vivamente este produto. Comparativamente com outras marcas tem uma qualidade/preço excelente.I must say that initially I had a lot of reservations about the efficiency of this type of vacuum cleaner. I have no comparison with other more well-known brands, but after the first experience I am completely surrendered to this small and intelligent machine. For now, it exceeded all my expectations. Vacuum very well, do not forget any area to clean and the internet connection even allows you to do the cleaning even if you are not at home. I highly recommend this product. - L'application n'est pas très facile à synchroniser avec l'aspirateur robot. Il faut sortir de celle-ci et recommencer la procédure.Elle n'est pas super ergonomique, mais une fois que l'on a compris, elle est est bien adaptée pour ce type d'aspirateur.Les plus : Il aspire vraiment très bien. C'est même impressionnant...Il est plutôt "intelligent"... Quelle efficacité pour créer sa carte, contourner des obstacles, aspirer dans chaque petit coin... Il m'épate...!Les moins :La fonction "humide" permet plutôt de rafraîchir une pièce.Il faut démonter la brosse rouleau, mettre un accessoire raclette, la plaque serpillière et changer de réservoir...S'il y a un réglage pour le débit de l'eau... je suis obligé de le mettre au maximum pour que cela mouille correctement le sol.Même à un réglage inférieur, le réservoir se vide assez vite... Et surtout, il ne détecte pas que celui-ci est vide et continue à fonctionner avec une serpillière sèche...En résumant, très bon aspirateur robot, la serpillière est un peu gadget et demande d'être présent pour utiliser cette fonction...

- Der Alfawise V10 Max wird in einer hervorragenden Verpackung geliefert, diese allein macht schon Freude auf das eigentliche Produkt und man wird nicht enttäuscht. Das Gerät macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und überzeugt beim Praxistest ebenso. Hervorzuheben sind auch die Bedienungsanleitung in mehreren Sprachen, sowie die CE Zertifizierung des Gerätes. Das Netzteil wurde mit EU Stecker geliefert. Leider gibt es auch eine Schattenseite. Dies ist die App. Hier greift man auf die Laser Robot App zurück. Die Einrichtung ist ein Drama. Es gibt keine Unterstützung des WEP Standards, alle Daten gehen unverschlüsselt durch das Netz. Netzwerknamen die Leerzeichen beinhalten werden ebenfalls nicht akzeptiert. Hoffentlich wird hier seitens Alfawise bald nachgebessert. Die Alexa Anbindung funktioniert, mehr als die Funktion Start und Stop ist aber auch hier nicht drin.Daher leider gebe ich leider nur 4 Punkte für ein sonst beeindruckend gutes Gerät.

- Po kilku dniach użytkowania, odkurzacz wydaje się udanym zakupem. Bardzo dobrze zamiata. Jest cichy, zamiata cicho a mopuje bardzo cicho. Na początku miałem problemy ze sparowaniem go z aplikacją ale jak już się udało to wszystko funkcjonuje prawidłowo. Szkoda, że nie ma funkcji sprzątania i mopowania jednocześnie. Przekładanie zbiorników i szczotki przy każdej zmianie funkcji jest nieco upierdliwe. Przydałby się jakiś organizer na te części zamienne. Odkurzacz tak bardzo spodobał się naszym znajomym, że kupują taki sam. Zdecydowanie na minus był długi czas oczekiwania na wysyłkę i brak możliwości śledzenia paczki (w sumie prawie półtora miesiąca ). Dopiero po interwencji w obsłudze klienta, dane o paczce zaczęły się pojawiać i po kilku dniach kurier przywiózł paczkę.
